Cencom would like to introduce a FREE messaging service for Severe Weather and COVID-19 information!
Rave Smart911 is brought to you by the emergency services agencies of Crawford County. It’s already being utilized in Cuba, and now is available to all Crawford County residents. The messaging service can provide Severe Weather alerts as the National Weather Service sends them out. You can also receive COVID-19 alerts from the Crawford County Health Department. Cuba has city alerts available for severe weather, road closures, and electric outages.

Once enrolled, you will need to :
1 – Verify your Crawford County address. It must be verified by Rave Smart911.
2 – Go to Settings, then Local Alerts
3 – Subscribe to either text messages, emails, or phone calls, or all 3!
If you are already signed up through the city of Cuba, MO simply log into your existing account and click on the additional alerts you would like to receive.
