How many calls do you dispatch a year?

Crawford County E-911 dispatches roughly 32,000 calls a year through the CAD (Computer Aided Dispatching) software.  

When is your next board meeting?

Our board meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month, every month, starting at 6:00 P.M., unless otherwise advised. All meetings are held at the Steelville Telephone Exchange Building located at 61 E. Hwy 8 Suite 204, Steelville MO 65565. The public is welcome to attend. If you wish to be added to the Agenda please notify administration by the 1st Thursday of the month at 573.775.4911 x 2.  

How are you funded?

We are a completely separate entity from the County. On April 5, 2016, the voters of Crawford County, Missouri, approved the sales tax increase from 1/4th of one cent to 3/8th of one cent.  On April 19, 2016, the Crawford County Commissioners implemented Ordinance Number 2016-04-19 to implement the sales tax increase.
